Terms of payment:

Minimum 30% advance payment (300 euros non-refundable advance for early booking, in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash, on the day of payment) within 5 days of issuing of the proforma invoice and the balance no later than 20 days prior to arrival. In case of deadline non-compliance, MK Mountain Resort reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Domestic payment methods:
  • the payment is made in RSD at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash on the day of payment
  • to the current account of MK Mountain Resort
  • by payment card at the hotel reception (Master, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Dina Card, American Express)
Methods of payment from abroad:
  • payment to the foreign currency account of MK Mountain Resort from abroad; bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise,
  • costs will be charged at the hotel reception in RSD equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, for cash, on the day of payment.
  • by payment card (Master, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Dina Card, American Express)
  • In case of changes in the monetary market, MK Mountain Resort reserves the right to adjust prices
  • The price is guaranteed only for the payment of the full amount. Otherwise, only the amount of the advance payment is guaranteed, the rest is subject to change.

Terms of cancellation and change of reservation date:

Accommodation booking, when paid in full, is valid until 23.59h on the day of arrival.
Cancellation or change of booking date can be submitted in writing exclusively to the email address: info@mkresort.com
The date of written cancellation is the basis for calculating the fee, expressed as a percentage of the total price of accommodation or package, as follows:

For all bookings made after the “early booking” period, in the period from 01/11/2021.

  • 30% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the date is changed up to 21 days before the start of the service.
  • 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the term is changed 20 to 8 days before the start of the service.
  • 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or changed 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service or in case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel.
  • In case the guest leaves the hotel before the booked departure date, MK Mountain Resort retains funds for the unused part of the stay.

For all bookings made under the terms for the “early booking” period, in the period until 31/10/2021.

  • The hotel retains a fixed amount of 300 EUR charged on the basis of “early booking” non-refundable advance payment per proforma invoice issued within 5 days of receipt of booking confirmation if the booking is canceled or changed between the date of booking and 21 days before the service.
  • 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or the term is changed 20 to 8 days before the start of the service.
  • 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged if the booking is canceled or changed 7 to 0 days before the start of the service or during the service or in case of non-appearance of the guest at the hotel.
  • In case the guest leaves the hotel before the booked departure date, MK Mountain Resort retains funds for the unused part of the stay.

Special conditions for confirmation, change, and cancellation of bookings:

Covid guarantee – guarantees a refund of the amount paid for hotel services in full, in the following cases:

  • confirmed presence of coronavirus in one or more persons to whom the booking of accommodation refers (evidence of positive PCR test results) for domestic and foreign guests
  • closure of borders for foreign guests
  • declaration of a state of emergency and prohibition of movement on the territory of RS, for domestic and foreign guests

In casee you have been in contact with a person who has been diagnosed with coronavirus, or have symptoms caused by coronavirus, please let us know.
In the case as per the previous paragraph, your booking can be realized at a later date.
